Lutheran Services in Toowoomba, QLD, is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Salem Aged Care Service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

You will drive medication management, care planning, governance and reporting to the Service Manager, manage rosters, budgets and Direct Care Minutes, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and the Aged Care Act 2024.
