NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is seeking leaders to deliver centralised programs in Child Protection and Permanency and System Reform from Parramatta, with a temporary full-time opportunity (35 hours per week).

Provide strategic direction, manage budgets and staff, build strong stakeholder relationships across DCJ districts and partner organisations, and drive service improvement with flexible working arrangements including home-based days.
