Rowville Eyecare is looking for a part-time Optical Assistant to work across optical dispensing and patient service.

You may already have optical experience, or you may be bringing strong customer service skills and an interest in developing a career in optics.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping patients select suitable frames and lenses
• Supporting optical dispensing, adjustments and collections
• Coordinating appointments and assisting with practice administration

You'll enjoy maintaining structure and consistency through:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A patient, confident and approachable manner
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Good organisation and follow-through
• A willingness to learn and respond to feedback

Previous optical experience is advantageous but not essential.
