KeyResponsibilities

  • Provide high-quality primary healthcareservices to patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range ofacute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement patient-centred treatmentplans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medicalrecords.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, allied healthprofessionals, and administrative teams.
  • Promote preventative healthcare and patienteducation.
  • Build strong relationships with patients andthe local community.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian HealthPractitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or eligibility for registration.
  • Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM, or currentlyworking towards Fellowship.
  • Doctors participating in the Fellowship SupportProgram (FSP) or Practice Experience Program (PEP/PFP) with Level 3 equivalentsupervision or higher are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous General Practice experience, eitherwithin Australia or internationally.
  • Excellent English communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with a diversepatient demographic and deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Australian hospital experience.
  • Currently residing and working in Australia.
  • Experience working in regional orcommunity-based healthcare settings.
  • Qualification and experience as a GPSupervisor.
