Beckenham Medical Centre (BOARDWALK MEDICAL CENTRE Pty Ltd HARVEST LAKES MEDICAL TRUST) is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our established, community-focused practice where doctors can deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. We are looking for a General Practitioner who is passionate about delivering thorough, evidence-based care and values working within a supportive and well-structured practice. This role is ideal for early to mid-career GPs seeking a long-term opportunity with flexibility, clinical autonomy, and a positive workplace culture.

  • $200 per hour for the first 3 months
  • 70% of billings - Expected salary $130,000 - 150,000 per year
  • DPA/MM1- ideal for GPs under moratorium

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • VR General Practitioner
  • GP Registrars
  • Candidates must have completed PGY3+ level training or equivalent
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or equivalent qualifications and experience
  • Valid work visa or appropriate work authorisation in Australia (Work visa can be sponsored for the right candidate)
  • Current AHPRA medical registration is required
  • Current Australian medical indemnity insurance must be obtained before commencing employment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments and investigations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Provide preventative health care, health assessments and patient education
  • Refer patients to specialists and allied health professionals through appropriate channels
  • Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical governance activities
  • Comply with all relevant professional, legislative and ethical requirements
