About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the success of our large and well-established DB Dental Riseley St practice.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading both clinical and administrative teams, and creating an environment that delivers exceptional patient care and business performance. Working closely with our clinicians and Practice Development Manager, you'll drive operational excellence, team engagement, patient growth, and practice profitability.

Skills & Experience You have:

• Proven experience managing and growing a successful dental practice
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager, or in an Acting 2IC role
• Dental Assisting experience - essential
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in sales, business development, marketing, and performance management
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams
• Ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, patients, and stakeholders
