Monday, 21st September: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $3000
Monday, 28th September: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $3000
Thursday, 8th October: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $2500
Monday, 12th October: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $2500
Tuesday, 13th October (at the alternative regional location): 8 hour outpatients clinic, $2500
Monday, 19th October: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $2500
Tuesday, 20th October: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $2500
Thursday, 22nd October: 8 hour outpatients clinic, $2500

Preference is for one locum to cover all clinics, with potential to extend.
