Ozcare Port Douglas Aged Care Facility is seeking a permanent full-time Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership across the Gold Coast region. The role focuses on advanced nursing skills, clinical judgement and leading nursing teams in a high-quality, person-centred aged care setting.

You will guide Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care staff, oversee complex clinical matters in line with AHPRA standards and regulatory requirements, and contribute to governance, risk management and
