A well-established regional Queensland public health service is seeking a Consultant Geriatrician to join its Department of Internal Medicine's Geriatric and Rehabilitation Services.

You'll be based in a vibrant coastal city of around 70,000 residents, roughly four hours' drive north of Brisbane (or a short domestic flight), sitting on the southern edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Remuneration package - total value up to $564,548 p.a.

• Base salary: $223,136 - $282,912 p.a. (FTE) or $106.91 - $135.55 p.h. (part-time)

About you

• Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Geriatric Medicine, or eligibility for RACP fellowship / SIMG assessment pathway
• Current or eligible AHPRA specialist registration in Geriatric Medicine
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or eligibility for a suitable visa
• A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for regional practice
