CatholicCare is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Homelessness, Mental Health & AOD team in the Hornsby area. The role focuses on practice leadership, supervision, and mentoring to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred services for people experiencing homelessness and complex needs.

You will shape service delivery, strengthen collaborations with government and non-government partners, and foster a supportive team culture. Office-based for 6 months with potential to work from home thereafter.
