At Oscar Wylee Rouse Hill, we're looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in a permanent full-time role.

The Optical Dispenser role brings together fashion, healthcare and customer service. You'll provide personalised eyewear advice, support patients with their optical needs and help customers find frames that complement their personal style while providing the vision they need.

You'll work alongside a supportive team of retail and optometry professionals while continuing to develop your optical knowledge and build your career with a growing international brand.

• Provide outstanding eyewear styling and optical advice tailored to each customer
• Dispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions provided by our Optometrists
• Help customers select frames that suit their style, lifestyle and optical needs
• Build genuine relationships with patients and create an experience that keeps them coming back
• Support the team in delivering strong store and customer service outcomes
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Continue developing your knowledge of frames, lenses and optical dispensing

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ years' experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years' retail sales experience
• Is looking for a permanent full-time opportunity
• Is reliable and comfortable with store opening and closing responsibilities
• Has strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
• Is confident, proactive and communicates clearly
• Enjoys building trusting relationships with customers and teammates
• Brings a positive, friendly approach and takes pride in delivering excellent service
• Is interested in developing their optical knowledge and retail career
