The Mercy Health Group in Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse G3 to support clients living independently at home by delivering complex nursing care and developing care plans. You will assess and review client needs and provide ongoing clinical oversight within home care hubs in Geelong, Northwest, or Southeast.

You will also support orientation of new staff, assist with DVA funding knowledge, and contribute to a compassionate team environment.
