Greenacres in the Illawarra is seeking an experienced Community Life and Leisure Team Leader for a full time role. The Team Leader provides day to day coaching and support to Disability Support Workers to ensure participants receive safe, high quality, person centred supports.

You will work with the Area Coordinator to coordinate daily service delivery, staffing and participant activities, and guide teams to follow Greenacres' systems, policies and procedures.
