Junction Support Services in Wangaratta seeks a Homes First Aboriginal Case Manager to deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed, strengths-based case management for Aboriginal clients. You will develop individualised support plans, assist with housing stability, wellbeing and community connections, and advocate for client choice and self-determination.
