Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary medical care to individuals and families across the community.
• Conduct chronic disease management, preventative health screenings, and early interventions.
• Perform minor clinical procedures and coordinate patient care plans with allied health staff.
• Maintain accurate, highly confidential, and timely electronic patient health records.
• Collaborate effectively with our practice nurses, administrative staff, and management.
• Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM (FRACGP / FACRRM).
• Current, unrestricted Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
• Professional indemnity insurance and eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills with patients and staff.
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to community medicine.
