Teachers Health Group is seeking an Optical Team Leader to lead our Fortitude Valley Optical team on a 12-month secondment, with potential for ongoing leadership opportunities as our Brisbane presence grows.

You will report to the Clinical Director - Optometry and oversee a 10-11 member team, balancing people leadership with operational oversight while ensuring excellent member service onsite in Fortitude Valley, Monday to Friday.
