About the Role:

You will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while coordinating nursing, midwifery and multidisciplinary teams. You will support staff development, drive service improvement and promote a positive workplace culture focused on quality patient outcomes.

  • Registered or eligible for Nurse or Midwife registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current or eligible practising certificate.
  • At least 3 years post registration experience and demonstrated competence in the relevant area of practice.
  • Proven management and leadership experience, including supervision of students, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve models of care, develop staff and promote consumer engagement.
