Primary Objective:

This role provides high level advice and guidance to all levels of the agency to enable informed decisions to be made in regard to grants and contracts. It is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of contract and grant management policy, procedures and systems to govern compliance and provide advice on contractor performance. The role provides leadership to support a small team of grants and contract officers.
