NSW Health is seeking an outstanding Nurse Unit Manager for Ward 5D, a 32 bed mixed medical/surgical ward in Northern Beaches Hospital. This permanent full-time role offers strategic and operational leadership to deliver safe, high quality care and to develop a skilled, engaged workforce.

You will report to the Nurse Manager for Surgery and Anaesthetics, lead a multidisciplinary team, drive improvements and ensure excellent patient outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration and
