Austin Health's Ballarat Radiation Oncology Centre is seeking a Radiation Therapy Manager to lead high-quality radiation therapy services at the BAROC site. You will provide professional leadership, oversee operations, workforce, safety, and service development for a patient-centred program.

Reporting to the BAROC leadership team, you will drive clinical excellence, implement innovative technologies, and collaborate across sites to align with Austin Health's strategic objectives and teaching
