As a Registered Nurse in our busy Emergency Department, you will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute, complex and often unpredictable conditions.

Working alongside experienced clinicians within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will develop your emergency nursing expertise, enhance your clinical decision-making skills and play a vital role in providing timely, high-quality care when it matters most.

What you will bring to the role

  1. Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  2. Demonstrated experience and clinical skill as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate year or equivalent experience working as a registered Nurse).
  3. Demonstrated capacity to provide effective Nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
  4. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  5. Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills
  6. Demonstrated commitment to professional development
  7. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
  8. Ability to work a flexible roster, day evening or night shift across all days of the week.
