As a  Personal Carer you are passionate and are driven by a career with purpose! You will work as part of a team to provide personal care in a neighbourhood community like environment for residents. As a Personal Carer you will complete activities that include:

• Assist residents to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of information about resident care and wellbeing through appropriate channels to the Registered/ Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager

• Take a proactive approach to the health and safety of residents, staff and visitors and share ideas for improvement

• Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan

What makes a difference for us:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar

• Proof of Vaccination Status as required by Legislation, Health Directives or WMQ Policy throughout employment and prior to commencement. 

• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ policy.
