Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Macalister Unit in Gippsland, Latrobe. The role is full-time (1.0 EFT) on an ongoing basis, with responsibilities spanning clinical leadership, workforce development, budget oversight, and governance to deliver recovery-oriented mental health care.

Ideal candidates will be Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA, postgraduate mental health qualifications, and extensive leadership experience in mental health nursing.
