Rockpool is seeking a Community Leader (Registered Nurse) to provide frontline clinical leadership within our Northshore Hamilton home in Queensland. You will manage Senior RN, RN, and support staff to ensure safe, person-centred care across all shifts.

You will lead care planning, clinical documentation, and team development, working with the Clinical Nurse Consultant and General Manager on complex cases, workforce matters and quality improvement.
