Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital is seeking a Midwifery Facilitator to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight during maternity leave coverage. You will work with the NUM and CMF to ensure safe, woman-centered care and effective day-to-day operations.

You will lead workforce planning, governance, and quality initiatives while mentoring staff and maintaining continuity of leadership across the service. This fixed-term, part-time role supports a rotating roster Monday-Friday.
