  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Please provide an example of a time when you identified a change in a patient's condition and used your clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to determine the appropriate nursing interventions. What was the outcome for the patient?
  • Describe a situation where you worked collaboratively with patients, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to develop or adapt a care plan. How did you ensure effective communication and achieve positive patient outcomes?
