Clinical Practice Consultant - Geriatric Outreach Service Job no: 951920 Work type: Part time Located in: Far North Categories: Nursing-Midwifery Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network - Location Negotiable within Region RN-M3 Part Time 0.5 FTE Temporary (up to 31 December 2027) Base Salary Range: $130,190 - $136,010 p.a (pro rata). You will provide expert nursing care, clinical leadership and care coordination across community, residential aged care, specialist geriatric clinics and FUNLHN services. You will support complex patient care, lead projects and programs, and contribute to service improvement and positive patient outcomes.
About You- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- At least 5 years post- registration experience, with demonstrated management and leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and facilitating change.
- Ability to foster staff development, promote consumer engagement and contribute to quality improvement.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.
