As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be at the forefront of delivering and evaluating clinical education programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of ISLHDs nursing staff. Your role will involve coordinating orientation and transition support for new and casual nurses while addressing the ongoing educational needs of our experienced team.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager and hospital team, to ensure that clinical education aligns with the specialty’s standards. The Clinical Nurse Educator will provide direct supervision at point of care and contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and professional development, having a direct impact on the professional growth of our nursing staff.

A little about us.
Bulli Hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and allied health services, as well as the Urgent Care Centre, for the northern Illawarra. The Urgent Care Centre provides treatment for minor injury and illness. The nurse-led model of care enables patients to be seen and assessed by specialist nurses who, in consultation with medical teams, deliver treatment and management plans for patients.
Situated just a short drive from the stunning Bulli Beach and the scenic Illawarra Escarpment, the hospital not only provides essential health services but also offers a tranquil and beautiful environment for both patients and staff.

- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications with extensive relevant clinical experience or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
This is a temporary position, 18 hours per week until 23 March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
