Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Wellbeing & Health In-Reach Coordinator to coordinate identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and arrange early intervention, assessment and referrals for school-aged children.

Based in Walgett, NSW, you will work with education professionals across Walgett High School, Walgett Primary School, Goodooga Central School, Lightning Ridge Central School and Collarenebri Central School to optimise health outcomes.
