You will also build strong relationships across the facility, supporting effective bed management, multidisciplinary collaboration and hospital-wide patient flow coordination.

Your Leadership and Expertise

You will demonstrate:

  • Strong clinical leadership and the ability to coordinate care across teams.
  • Sound acute clinical knowledge and experience in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • A collaborative approach to working with nursing, medical, allied health and operational teams.
  • A commitment to safe, patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
  • Confidence using patient management systems and information to support operational decision-making.
