CCLHD is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Mental Health Team in Gosford — an opportunity to become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team where your skills, empathy and commitment can make a meaningful difference to patients, carers and the wider community.

About the Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, holistic and high-quality nursing care to patients experiencing mental health challenges.

This position plays a key role in delivering compassionate, recovery-focused mental health care and supporting positive outcomes for patients and their carers. In this role you will:

  • Provide compassionate, person-centred mental health nursing care.
  • Support patient recovery through assessment, monitoring and care planning.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based care in line with professional standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) and an NMBA-approved medication administration qualification, including IV medication administration.
  • Relevant mental health nursing knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Strong clinical communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise competing demands.
  • A commitment to recovery-focused care, quality improvement and evidence-based practice, with a current valid driver licence.
