About the Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting patients through their healthcare journey while working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

This position plays a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality patient care while supporting positive health outcomes as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. In this role you will:

  • Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, assess and respond to patients’ needs, providing care within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice while upholding NSW Health and CCLHD standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with an NMBA-approved qualification in medication administration, including IV medications.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills relevant to the specialty and level of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, carers and colleagues.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • A commitment to quality, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, with a current valid driver’s licence.
