WaterMarc Banyule in Greensborough seeks a dynamic Centre Manager to lead a large team and deliver outstanding guest experiences at Victoria's premier aquatic facility, including a 50m pool, Learn to Swim, spa and waterslide.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will own the centre's operations, finances and programs, drive KPIs, develop staff, manage budgets and revenue, and build strong community partnerships for inclusive programs.
