An amazing opportunity awaits for a Social Worker eager to make a real difference within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in vibrant Liverpool. As part of the Family Help Team, you will be at the heart of a dynamic environment, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals to keep children and young people safe. This full-time position provides an excellent chance to contribute to early interventions, applying Levels of Need thresholds and ensuring families receive appropriate support right when they need it.

What you will do:
  • Triage contacts at the Front Door, assessing and applying Levels of Need thresholds to identify the right support for families.
  • Work closely with professionals from various agencies to share information and ensure a fast and co-ordinated response to safeguarding referrals.
  • Play an integral role in the early identification of safeguarding concerns by utilising your expertise and newly shared key information about families.
  • Engage and collaborate with multi-agency partners to develop comprehensive responses to meet the needs of children and young people.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Significant frontline experience working as a qualified Social Worker in UK Social Services.
