Tuesday 20-Oct 2000 - 0800 on site on call
Thursday 22-Oct 2000 - 0800 on site on call
Friday 23-Oct 0800 - 2000 on site
Friday 23-Oct 2000 - 0800 on site on call
Sunday 25-Oct 1600 - 0800 on site on call
Tuesday 27-Oct 2000 - 0800 on site on call
Thursday 29-Oct 2000 - 0800 on site on call
Friday 30-Oct 2000 - 0800 on site on call

Notes:
- On-call shifts require the CMO to remain on site in hospital accommodation.
- Guests are not permitted in on-call suites.
- On-site shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.
