Achieve Something Great
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Clinical Streams and Allied Health leadership team and shape the future of Critical Care Services across South Western Sydney Local Health District. Working within a collaborative co-leadership model alongside the Clinical Director, Critical Care and other senior medical leaders, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple sites to drive excellence in patient care, service development and clinical performance.

You will lead district-wide initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient safety, contemporary models of care and innovation, helping to deliver safe, high-quality and patient-centred services that improve health outcomes for our communities.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative nursing leader with extensive critical care experience and a passion for improving patient care across complex health services. You will be an inspirational and values-driven leader who motivates, develops and supports staff to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous improvement. With highly developed communication and relationship-building skills, you will confidently engage with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive meaningful change.

You will be a strategic thinker with demonstrated experience leading service improvement initiatives, implementing contemporary models of care and navigating complex healthcare environments. Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused, you will thrive in a district-wide leadership role, partnering with multidisciplinary teams across multiple facilities to strengthen healthcare delivery, support innovation and improve health outcomes for the communities we serve.
