Primary Objective:
You will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership as a senior member of the school leadership team to improve student achievement, wellbeing and organisational performance. Working in partnership with the principal, you will lead the implementation of school improvement priorities, build workforce capability, strengthen governance and accountability practices, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. You will drive high-quality teaching and learning, develop productive partnerships with students, families and the wider community, and ensure the effective delivery of educational services that achieve positive outcomes for all learners.
