Surgical Access Manager
Service Delivery Directorate

About the role
This leave relief opportunity provides a unique chance to contribute to a District-wide service that plays a critical role in ensuring timely access to care for our communities. While experience in planned surgery waitlist management would be advantageous, we recognise that many of the skills required to succeed in this role are transferable from other operational, service improvement, or program leadership positions.

We welcome applications from individuals with strong operational management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and service improvement experience. The successful applicant will be supported to develop their knowledge of planned surgery processes, while drawing on their existing leadership capabilities to drive performance, outcomes, and collaboration across the District.
