HammondCare is seeking a compassionate Dementia Advisor/Consultant to join our team at the Scone site in Australia. You will provide expert advice, guidance, and emotional support to people living with dementia and their families, helping them navigate diagnosis, treatment, and care pathways.

As a key member of the Residential team, you will mentor care staff, build capacity, and contribute to evidence-based care practices.
