Youth Focus is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Geraldton and Meekatharra services, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will oversee the delivery of youth mental health programs across the Mid-West, guide the regional team, and ensure high-quality, client-centred outcomes.

The role drives accreditation, funding reporting, stakeholder partnerships, and strategic workforce development within a purpose driven NFP.
