A leading Tasmanian mental health service is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to provide support within their Acute Care Team, delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adult patients experiencing acute mental health concerns.

Providing comprehensive community and acute mental health services, the Acute Care Team delivers rapid assessment, short-term intervention, and ongoing management for adults experiencing mental illness. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the service focuses on patient-centred, recovery-oriented care and timely access to specialist mental health support.
