Benetas is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership within our Residential Aged Care home in Clarinda, home to 78 residents. Reporting to the Residential Services Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary clinical and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving compliance, clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

As a key leader and Responsible Person under the Aged Care Act 2024, you will play an
