St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital is seeking an accomplished clinical leader to become its next Director of Clinical Services. This senior executive role provides strategic and operational leadership across nursing, allied health and clinical support services in a 160-bed, 6-theatre hospital, focusing on safe, high quality care and future service growth.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape governance, quality, accreditation, and
