Primary Objective:

To manage complex enquiries, provide a high standard of client service in regard to outstanding debts, and exercise the statutory functions of a delegate of the Director appropriate to their delegation under the Fines and Penalties Act 2001, ensuring the objectives of the Fines Recovery Unit are achieved.
