Dragonfly Cares is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as Lead BCBA in a center-based setting. You will carry a clinical caseload while guiding the RBT team and coordinating with the Site Director on-site.

You will lead clinical services, supervise staff, and provide ongoing training and family communication to ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children ages 3-22. Immediate start available.
