You excel in planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring care is outcome-focused and aligned with best practice principles. Your collaborative approach promotes continuity of care and supports positive patient experiences throughout their healthcare journey.

You possess advanced clinical expertise within the perioperative environment, including the management of trauma patients. Your comprehensive understanding of perioperative nursing practices, combined with your ability to respond effectively to complex and rapidly changing clinical situations, contributes to the delivery of high-quality surgical care.

You are adaptable, reliable, and committed to meeting the operational needs of the service through participation in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays and on-call responsibilities. Your flexibility, resilience, and dedication to professional excellence ensure you consistently provide safe and effective care across a range of clinical environments.
