Primary Objective:

Lead and coordinate the business services unit to deliver efficient, compliant and client-focused office accommodation, facilities, fleet, property, travel, procurement, contract management, and administrative support services across the department. The role provides high-level advice, strengthens systems and controls, resolves complex service delivery issues, and builds productive relationships with work units, central agencies and service providers to support effective business operations.
