Caring for orthopaedic and urology patients, we work within a team nursing model that ensures staff feel supported, connected, and able to provide the best possible care.

New and experienced nurses alike benefit from the guidance of our full-time Nurse Educator and part-time Clinical Nurse Specialist, who provide ongoing education, mentoring, and clinical support. We are committed to helping staff build confidence, develop their skills, and achieve their professional goals.

As a Nurse Unit Manager, I believe in being approachable, supportive, and actively involved in the ward. Creating a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued and supported is a priority, and I am proud of the welcoming team environment we have built together.
