About the Role

Help shape medical workforce services at CALHN by leading key projects that support trainee medical officers and clinical teams.

• Lead online rostering and timesheet initiatives
• Strengthen compliance, fatigue management and wellbeing
• Guide staff, manage risks and build stakeholder partnerships
• Drive improvements that meet future workforce needs

About You CALHN

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate leadership and drive positive change
• Lead complex online rostering systems and staff training
• Apply workforce planning, risk management and analytical skills
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes
• Prepare reports and manage data using computer applications
