Locum Rural Generalist required for mixed GP and ED coverage at a Coastal SA Health Service across multiple blocks in late 2026.

• Monday 28th Sept – 16th October – mix of GP and ED
• Monday 30th Nov – Thursday 31st December – mix of GP and ED

The role involves a mix of GP and ED coverage. However, if you are only interested in providing GP coverage, we would still be very keen to hear from you.

What’s On Offer:
• Travel and accommodation provided
• 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in central Kingscote, within walking distance to both hospital and clinic
• Supportive, well-established team of GPs, nurses, and administration staff
About the Role:
• General Practice consulting (mon- Fri 9am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break)
• Emergency on-call (8am – 8am)
• Supported by experienced clinic nurses, hospital nursing staff, local anaesthetic GP on-call, SAVES telehealth support from 7pm – 7am
• Systems: Best Practice (clinic), Sunrise EMR (Hospital)
• Clinic Rate: $1500/ day
• ED rate: $2200/ day
